Variety reports that the celebrity couple have dropped a whopping a $13.2 million on a huge estate in a prime area of Encino, California, situated on a 1.6-acre lot and spans approximately 13,000 square feet in LA’s San Fernando Valley.  The secretive deal is said to have happened off-market, and the built-on-spec house is brand new, so there are no exact interior shots of the property, but rendering photos below show the unlimited potential of the space.

The report details that the sprawling property features a substantial motorcourt, a four-car garage, a state-of-the-art Atmos home theater and a huge kitchen with all top-tier appliances. There’s obviously a huge backyard area with a large swimming pool with inset spa, along with a giant sized cabana with a wet bar and outdoor kitchen.
